The Farnham Infrastructure Programme will host its next Local Liaison Forum (LLF) on Thursday, October 21 from 6.30pm to 8pm – and everyone is invited to join the discussion.
This LLF meeting follows the most recent Farnham Infrastructure Board meeting at which the town’s Optimised Infrastructure Plan was finalised.
This sets out a draft plan for tackling Farnham’s out-dated, over-loaded and polluted road layout, and can be viewed in more detail at: https://www.surreycc.gov.uk/roads-and-transport/policies-plans-consultations/major-transport-projects/farnham-infrastructure-programme
Prior to a question and answer session, there will be an update on progress to date with an overview on:
* Project 1 – Short- and Medium-Term Interventions
* Project 2 – Town Centre and Local Cycling and Walking Interventions
* Project 3 – Farnham A31 Corridor
* Project 4 – Wrecclesham Relief Road
There will also be an overview of other expected changes (such as climate and environmental) which will be addressed in the addressing challenges for the future of Farnham.
