Prince Louis was glad to see the Queen’s Jubilee flypast leave the capital on Thursday – and local man Keith Betton was delighted too, as he captured a number of helicopters arriving back at RAF Odiham!

RAF helicopters including Wildcats, Merlins, Apaches, Pumas and Chinooks were among the contingent of 71 aircraft to take part in the flypast to commemorate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.

But it appeared the flypast was a little too loud for Prince Louis, the youngest child of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

The young prince, aged just four, stole the show has he chatted with his grandmother, the Queen, on the Buckingham Palace balcony and later covered both his ears and made an array of extravagant facial expressions as the aircraft flew over.

The flypast took place at the close of the Trooping of the Colour parade, which has marked the official birthday of the monarch for more than 250 years.
