A MAN who carried out a sex attack in broad daylight on a 16-year-old girl after pulling her into a quiet lane in Farnham was jailed for nine months on Monday.   O'Neil Fyffe, 27, kissed and groped the teenage victim during a 10-minute ordeal before she was able to push him away and escape to call the police on May 17 last year. It led to him appearing before Guildford Crown Court after pleading guilty to sexual assault.   A judge heard that Jamaican-born Fyffe was currently serving a three-year sentence of imprisonment imposed at Aylesbury Crown Court on February 10 this year for possession with intent to supply crack cocaine and heroin.   Simon Connolly, prosecuting, told the court Fyffe was working with other employees of a communications company in Frensham Road when he spotted the girl and began to chat her up.   The girl, who was nervous, carried on walking but Fyffe continued to keep up with her. suggesting she was racist and saying that was why she wouldn't want to go out with him.   Mr Connolly said as he followed her down the road he became more suggestive. "She was obviously disturbed and started to walk away. He continued following her until a point where he grabbed her by the hand and pulled her off into a side road, saying he wanted to get to know her. He subjected her to an assault which carried on for some time before she was able to push him away."   Mr Connolly said the girl carried on walking and later police received a 999 call reporting the incident.   The court heard Fyffe, of Hay Lane, London, came to England in 2000 before marrying, but had over-stayed his visa.   Edmund Burge, defending, said: "He was keen to earn money to send home and has been in full-time employment during most of his time here. "He was looking after his wife and making a good life for himself."   Judge Stuart Sleeman told Fyffe: "You pursued your advances towards the 16-year-old girl ,who made it plain to you she was unwilling to accept them. She was clearly upset and frightened of your indecent behaviour."   Judge Sleeman jailed him for nine months to run consecutively to the three years he was already serving.   He said he would recommend that Fyffe be deported on his release from prison.
