A CRICKET club in a village near Petersfield has left a High Court judge at sixes and sevens over sixes and fours in a court case in a top level planning war.
Lawyers representing the East Meon village cricket club are fighting to prevent a residential extension to a cherished former blacksmith's workshop, which they say will leave them vulnerable to insurance claims if balls smash through windows or hit somebody.
