The consortium in charge of the new £17 million Farnham Hospital has finally secured full planning permission and is intending to start building ny July.
The Private Finance Initiative (PFI), formed by Norwich Union, the Mill Group and developers MJ Gleeson, had to amend its plans earlier this year after Waverley planners said that the proposed Manor Road access point would become too congested if all traffic was forced to enter the hospital along this route.
