A YOUNG mum from Farnham is all set to begin house-hunting after her 'on a whim' scratchcard purchase pocketed her a £250,000 win last week.
Kerry Marchment, 23, had popped to McColls in Wrecclesham to pay her nan's phone bill and with some spare change in her pocket bought a scratchcard, winning £2.
Feeling on a roll, she decided to buy a Deal or No Deal scratchcard with the top prize of £250,000 and headed over to her nan's house. As her nan put the kettle on, Kerry remembered the card in her pocket and played, revealing the £250,000 top prize.
