FRESH from the Olympic Games, the latest addition to the Whitehill and Bordon eco-town team is town transport manager Kim Hardwick.

Ms Hardwick is working to help residents and organisations in Whitehill and Bordon to get around more easily and she wants to encourage residents to leave their cars at home once a week.

She has recently shown her experience in this field when she was a transport adviser to the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, working at the Eton Dorney rowing venue.

Her task is to see where improvements can be made and to try to make those changes. She will do this by working closely with Hampshire County Council as well as residents, schools and businesses.
