A KINGSLEY couple were celebrating after a government planning inspector quashed an enforcemnent notice issued by East Hampshire District Council.
John and Julie Mitchell, of 1, Streamside Cottages, would have had to pull down a stable block, part of a utility room and a double garage with a games room above if they had lost the appeal.
