KINGSLEY residents had reason to celebrate this week after plans to install first floor windows to the controversial Dennards building in the business park were refused by East Hampshire District Council.
The committee decided that the modifications were too great to be passed as an amendment and will await a full application from the company who build close circuit television equipment.
