THE landlord of Petersfield's White Hart public house has decided to call it a day after 15 months of wrangling over plans to build a 14-bedroom hotel on the site.

John While said he was "sick and tired of banging his head against a brick wall" over what he claims were "unreasonable demands" over the project.
