A HEATH End publican will be battling to keep his licence after Surrey Police requested a review by Waverley Council's licensing committee.

Jon-Paul Stubbings and his partner, Toni Greenway, licensees of The Royal Arms on Farnborough Road, are accused of failing to comply with all four licensing objectives.
