Smaller homes in the community are set to be developed after trustees of the Leonard Cheshire Foundation agreed that Le Court should be redeveloped.
At a meeting on Wednesday, July 5, trustees gave the go ahead for supporting information to be collated to see whether it would be viable to develop smaller 'pods' within communities.
