THEY'RE renowned for lending a hand and have raised more than £1,200 for a new pavilion to replace their crumbling home.

But members of the last remaining Brownie group in Liss are facing their biggest challenge yet – find a new leader or face going bust.

The 3rd Liss Brownies have less than six months to find a replacement for their outgoing pack leader, Jools Woodhouse.

Mrs Woodhouse is moving to Dorset in September but there is currently no-one available to take up the reins at the hugely-popular group.

Failure to find a replacement could spell the end of the group, despite being the only one in the village and one which has a considerable waiting list.
