ALDERSHOT were always a good bet to end the last unbeaten record in the Football League.
They were undefeated in 22 home games going into the meeting with League Two leaders Wycombe on Saturday and, although Peter Taylor's side recovered well from being 2-0 and 3-1 behind, they could not avoid the fate suffered by many others at the Rec, now the EBB Stadium.
