THE Farnham Building Preservation Trust will present an illustrated lecture by Martin Lutyens, great-nephew of Sir Edwin Lutyens, on Friday, September 30, giving a whistle stop tour of the distinguished architectural career of his great-uncle.
Starting at 7pm, the lecture will take place in the Barley Room at Farnham Maltings. Doors open at 6.30pm for welcoming drinks and nibbles, included in the price of a ticket, which is £7.
Tickets are available now from the Maltings box office by calling 01252 745444 or online at farnhammaltings.com.
This is the third in the Farnham Trust’s recently established annual Verney Memorial Lectures, marking the centenary of Sir John Verney’s birth in 1913. All are welcome.
