PUPILS from Liss Junior School got a lesson in fun last week by accepting an invitation to test the new play equipment at a nearby park.

A handful of youngsters made the short journey to Newman Collard last Thursday to grapple with the new climbing frame and zip wire.

The event was a reward from Liss Parish Council for the school's part in deciding what equipment should be installed on the recreation ground.
