TEN years after opening The Herald's Monkton Lane press centre, Virginia Bottomley was again on hand to do the honours at the newspaper's new Surrey Press Centre.
The south west Surrey MP activated the presses at the Blacknest operation and joked that once a millennium is often enough for her to perform Herald press centre openings.
