WAVERLEY'S Tories are being asked by Liberals to justify their pre-election pledge to waive the debts of "Tudor pin man" Ian Fletcher.

Liberal Democrat, John Wooton is accusing Tory leader of the council, Bernard Foulkes of making a promise he knew he could not keep when he announced that if his party was elected it would waive Mr Fletcher's £20,000 debt - if legally possible.
