Looking back on 2025: The stories that shaped Haslemere The design and implementation of the scheme will be paid for by Tesco as part of a highway works agreement, with the work to be carried out by Surrey County Council.
Waverley district engineer for SCC Graham Hodgson, said the county council was still awaiting clarification about the limitations and use of the money set aside by Tesco, but that it was keen to move the scheme forward "as soon as possible".
