THE Farnham Lions Summer Spectacular is going to be even more spectacular - with army parachutists now set to ‘drop in’ on the landmark charity event.

With just about six weeks to go to July 8, all is going to plan with only 40 tickets left to sell.

And in addition to all the great entertainment already planned, the Lions announced this week they will be joined by members of the Princess of Wales’s Royal Regiment (Army) Freefall Parachute Team.

“It’s going to be a great event supporting good local causes,” said a spokesman for the organisers.
