THOUSANDS of bulbs have been planted to help the Liphook in Bloom team celebrate its 25th birthday this year.
Liphook in Bloom was founded in 1997, and as the volunteers prepare to celebrate its anniversary, they have had to launch an appeal to help cover costs this year.
Spokesman Barbara Miller said: "Plans are well advanced to ensure that Liphook blooms in our 25th anniversary year.
"But because of the pandemic our funding has been significantly less, so for the first time ever we are appealing to people to make a donation if they can, however small."
