RUBBISH on the A31 around the Veolia material recycling facility at Froyle has raised concern.

A letter in The Herald this week from an Alton woman flags up the problem of litter along the A31 in both directions on the approach to Alton, raising fears that it could be perceived as "one of the grubbiest and litter-strewn towns in England".
