ANOTHER attempt to block district councillors debating "the people's" alternative future for Lord Mayor Treloar Hospital was made last week by Department of Health agents Capitec.
But councillors nonetheless gave unanimous approval to the plan, which includes restoration of the hospital and creating other health uses on the site, giving EHDC's planning department authority to rubber stamp their decision when the appropriate time comes.
