LEADERS of all three main political parties in Alton have joined forces with councillors from all levels of local government to tell the Prime Minister Tony Blair about the Treloar Hospital Project, and to request the go-ahead to run a pilot project to prove its viability.
A letter sent to 10 Downing Street explains the community's proposals for the Lord Mayor Treloar Hospital including the restoration of fast-track orthopaedics to what was acknowledged to be one of the country's top orthopaedic hospitals.
