A CHANCE to find some peace amid all the razzmatazz of Christmas is being offered by St Mark’s Church, Bordon, on Sunday.
The Longest Night Service (sometimes known as Blue Christmas) will be held at 3.30pm at the church on Pinehill Road. It is said to be a quiet, contemplative time, with music and candlelight and the chance to light a candle for yourself or a loved one.
People who are bereaved, lonely, depressed, or struggling in any way are particularly invited, as well as those who want some “time out”, maybe to remember loved ones at this time.
Everyone is welcome to attend the Longest Night Service and refreshments will be served afterwards.
