Lorries fall foul of sat nav error

SATELLITE navigation systems have come under renewed criticism this week, after a Chiddingfold resident complained of lorries using a local footpath.

In a letter to The Herald, Martin Monier-Williams, of School Lane, said numerous cars, vans and lorries have tried to get down the narrow footpath since Sat Nav systems became popular.
