FARNHAM Maltings has ruled out a drive to tackle its "declining membership" or a public appeal to solve continuing financial losses which threaten the future of the complex.
With prospects of submitting a lottery bid to fund the arts at last on the horizon after four years, the top priority and possibly the only hope of salvation is to get the bid submitted as soon as possible.
