AN?Alton woman is aiming to conquer Mount Kilimanjaro this month, all in the aid of the Treloar Trust.

Lucy Wilkins, 23, is no stranger to charity work, having previously volunteered in Fiji with Think Pacific, where she worked on a building project and helped out at a school in the classroom and with sports coaching.

Now she is keen to take on another challenge and decided to climb Mount Kilimanjaro to raise money for the Treloar Trust in Alton, which provides education, care, therapy, medical support and independence training to young people with physical disabilities.

Lucy was particularly keen to help this charity as it was founded by a distant relative of hers – Sir William Treloar, who was a cousin of her great grandfather.
