THE Hindhead Playing Field Association has been forced to go back to the drawing board for a new sports pavilion after failing in its lottery bid for £331,000.
The lottery application for the funds, which represents a large proportion of the estimated £522, 879 needed, is a major blow to plans for the new pavilion.
