DON’T miss out on this Saturday’s (June 10) entertainment, as the annual Churt Fete arrives, promising to keep the community amused all afternoon.

From 2pm to 5pm Churt Recreation Ground, behind the village hall in Churt Road, will play host to an array of activities including St John's country dancing; tug of war; a dog show; a giant slide; bungee trampolines; a grand raffle; and a wild west photo booth.

Mill Cottage will also be popping in with their farm animals and Farnham Brass Band will be playing at intervals throughout the afternoon.

While soaking up the day’s entertainment, visitors can stay nourished at the Churt Club Bar, on the barbecue, at the dedicated Pimm’s stall and by the Churt WI’s tea and cakes.

For more information about the fete visit www.churtfete.org, and to pre-enter the dog show simply email Tom Viveash at [email protected].
