PEOPLE in Liss Forest have been urged to attend a "make or break" meeting to decide the future of their village shop and post office.
A group of determined residents have been canvassing the village on plans to turn the store on Forest Road into a community shop.
Residents will be urged to back their bid when campaigners reveal their findings next Tuesday at the evangelical hall.
Time is running out as current owner Penny Edmund-White plans to retire in June having failed to secure a buyer despite three years of trying.
Failure to back the campaign means the popular store could go the same way as the former butchers, bakers and St Saviour's Church.
