THE FARNHAM Maltings could face closure unless its management board shows that it is prepared to embrace change.

Essential to this change is the splitting of the board into two separate bodies - one for community activities and one for arts - which, according to consultants Boyden Southwood, is the only way the Maltings will obtain a lottery grant.
