A FARNHAM man was sentenced at Guildford Crown Court on Monday to 16 months in prison for a near-fatal attack on a man near The Albion pub.

Scott Dunaway, a 21-year-old ground worker, from Brougham Place, pleaded guilty to causing grievous bodily harm. The unprovoked attack took place in St James's Avenue, Farnham, in the early hours of Sunday, May 23.
