A HASLEMERE man has appeared in court charged with attempted robbery and possession of a firearm in connection with the attempted robbery on Wormley Post Office last Tuesday evening.

Martin Mizzi (20), was arrested at his home by police following information received by members of the public who witnessed the incident.
