VISIT the Farnham Farmers’ Market in Central car park today (Sunday) to buy fresh, local seasonal produce direct from those who grow it, rear it, make it or bake it.
There will be more than 35 stalls, a charity tea tent and live entertainment. The market will take place from 10am to 1.30pm.
Farnham Farmers’ Markets takes place on the fourth Sunday of every month.
Stalls typically offer an array of seasonal produce,ranging from honey and jam to fruit and vegetables, bread and cakes, meat, fish, pickles, sauces and oils, cheese, fruit juice and cordial, eggs, muesli, plants, roses and herbs, as well as a selection of hand-crafted, non-food items.
The town’s next Antiques and Brocante Market (pictured) has also been confirmed for Sunday, April 3, 10am to 4pm, in West Street, promising everything from vintage jewellery to antique hand tools.
