A TEMPORARY solution to parking problems at the recreation ground, off London Road, has been agreed by Bramshott and Liphook Parish Council.
After revealing there were insufficient funds in the budget to complete a fully-tracked extension, chairman Jeanette Kirby suggested matting should be put down to resolve the issues of additional parking spaces on football match days.
Work could be undertaken by the parish council’s ground staff, she told a recent meeting.
It was also agreed the kerb at the end of the current car park would need to be lowered and a drop post installed to prevent cars from driving on to the pitch.
