THE Liss man who died in the Paddington train crash may be commemorated with a memorial fund for village youth.

At its recent meeting Liss Parish Council decided it would be most appropriate to remember Simon Wood, a former councillor, by a fund to help youth as that had been his primary aim both in his working and his community life.
