A SPECIAL remembrance event held by Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice Care saw around 60 people gather together to remember their loved ones at Memory Meadow in Guildford’s Stoke Park.

Memory Meadow is an area dedicated to loved ones who are no longer with us.

Phyllis Tuckwell cares for patients and families who are living with an advanced or terminal illness, such as cancer, and holds a special remembrance event at Memory Meadow every year.

The remembrance service, held on March 30, featured inspiring readings, and songs sung by a local choir.

Afterwards, those present were able to walk around the meadow and everyone who attended was also given a Book of Remembrance, which contained dedications made by attendees in memory of their loved ones.

Memory Meadow is open all year round and an online Memory Meadow is available at memorymeadow.pth.org.uk.
