ST Paul’s Church in Tongham is hosting a special celebration service as it turns 150 years old on Sunday, January 24, with the Bishop of Guildford in attendance.

The service will commence at 10am and is estimated to finish at 11am, when visitors will be welcome to a glass of sherry to quench their thirst and a special celebratory roast dinner will also be on offer.

Although the church service is free for all, the dinner has a limited number of places and will need to be booked in advance. Those wanting to eat are required to pay a small contribution.
