A PETERSFIELD man has accused a council of being "discourteous" after rejecting his plans for a miniature railway at a beauty spot.

Wayne Tallon is upset that Petersfield Town Council has derailed his bid to lay the mini-railway around parts of the Heath and pond.

But the steam enthusiast hasn't run out puff and is looking to lead a group of like-minded residents to push the project forward.
