THE New Alresford Town Trust (NATT) now has a traffic regulation order in place for the community minibus to have two parking spaces outside the community centre every Friday.

It will enable passengers to shop and have a coffee before travelling home.

Essential to by many elderly folk in the area, the Friday morning shopper picks up at 8.45am bound for Alresford.

Other scheduled trips include the Alton Sainsbury’s run on the first Tuesday in the month (pick up 11am); Tesco at Winnall on the second Wednesday (8.45am); Alton Sainsbury’s on the third Wednesday (1pm); Winchester on the fourth Wednesday (9am); and Petersfield on the second and fourth Saturday (8.30am)

NATT is always keen to enrole new volunteer drivers as well as driver/escorts for the Lunch Club and Age Concern. Full MIDAS training will be given.
