FEARS have been expressed this week that a visit by Transport Minister Lord Gus Macdonald to the A3 crossroads at Hindhead last Friday will not bring about a solution to the notorious bottleneck.
South West Surrey MP Virginia Bottomley said that although getting the Transport Minister to visit the traffic-congested junction was a "success after three years", she feared that Lord Macdonald was simply going through the motions.
