"CONFIDENT of getting on site, but can't say when" was the latest news on Farnham's £85m East Street scheme, delivered by Crest Nicholson development director Greg Vincent to Farnham Town Council last week.

Speaking more than a year after Waverley Borough Council resolved to grant planning consent for the controversial town regeneration project, Mr Vincent's presentation carried a mixed message.
