A POPULAR fireworks display is set to return with not just one bang, but two!

As well as a full display at 8.20pm, there will also be a more child-friendly display at around 6.20pm at Bordon’s bonfire event.

Organised by Whitehill and Bordon Town Partnership, the displays will take place at Country Market, Kingsley, on Wednesday, November 6.

And new to this year will be a stilt walker from around 6.40pm, followed by a fire dancer at 7.30pm (all times are subject to change). There will also be the usual funfair and free parking.

A free shuttle service will be running again this year, starting at Firgrove Road and heading to Whitehill bus stop, Conde Way outside the hospital, Forest Road near Lidl, Chalet Hill and the old A325 outside the sorting office. The coach will then head to Country Market, where it will turn around and run the route in return.

Gates will be open from 5pm and entry costs £5 for adults aged 16 and over, £3 for juniors aged five to 15. Youngsters under the age of five go free.
