WHITEHILL town councillors have no objections to plans to change the access to the Forest Shopping Centre and to create a total of 37 extra car parking spaces at the centre.

Members of the planning and amenities committee poured over the plans at a meeting on Monday. But councillors felt they should ask the owners of the Forest Centre, Stockbourne Management (Fairbourne) Ltd, whether there was any possiblity that they could include pedestrian footpaths into the plans.
