FRESH evidence of links between a developer and a council department has raised more doubts about a bid to close a Petersfield care home.

Hampshire County Council is pushing ahead with its controversial plan to replace Bulmer House with extra-care housing.

But the decision-making process has been questioned by councillors – while critics hope that a leaked letter could scupper the deal.
