ALL Hallows' under-14 girls' side have followed up last year's victory in the national npower Girls Cup at Wembley by winning the Army Services Cup at Fulham's academy training ground.
Watched by a large contingent of family and friends, the team, who had scored 21 goals in the four matches that led to the final, came from behind to beat Fullbrook 2-1 last Monday.
The year eight and year nine girls, who were representing Aldershot FC in the tournament, were too old this year for the national competition but had already won the district league.
Coach Lee Marker said that All Hallows didn't have a girls' football team when he came to the school two years ago, but now there are four, including the under-16s who played in the district cup final with five team members who had never even played before this season.
Of the under-14s, he said: "We seem to have had one group of exceptionally talented players. If there was an international competition I would enter them in it, they are that good."
