PEOPLE quizzed developers last Tuesday about a new batch of homes planned as part of Whitehill and Bordon’s regeneration.

An exhibition, at the recently re-opened and rebuilt Bordon and Oakhanger Sports Club in Bolley Avenue, shed light on the 190 new houses provided by Pegasus Group, on behalf of new-town-centre developer the Whitehill and Bordon Regeneration Company.

The plans will see a mix of homes, consisting of one and two-bedroom flats and two and three-bedroom houses around areas of new public green space at Prince Philip Park, where the new town centre will also be located.

The feedback will be reviewed before a planning application is submitted in late October or early November, with a decision expected in January or February.

A total of 3,350 new homes are in the pipeline for the town, as part of its redevelopment, with hundreds scheduled for delivery every year until 2030, across various sites.
