POLICE patrols in Bordon's town centre are set to be increased after Whitehill Police were able to secure extra funding for officer's overtime.
The patrols will be in conjunction with a shopwatch scheme, being set up by the police, which is still in its infancy. The extra funding from Hampshire Constabulary will also pay for a mobile phone for the beat officer to carry as part of the new shopwatch project.
