DELAYS are likely across Farnham over coming weeks, with temporary traffic lights scheduled for protracted periods in various locations.

Traffic lights are scheduled to be in place on the A287 Frensham Road between July 6 and 14 with Southern Electric set to install a new connection outside The Fox pub.

Temporary lights are also expected to cause delays in Hale Road between July 9 and 16, with Virgin Media continuing its roll-out of ultrafast fibre broadband.

Monkton Lane and Water Lane will also likely see delays between July 11 and 31, with temporary traffic lights again needed for works by gas provider SGN.
